- Roast Chicken - red or white burgundy are the classic choices for this dish. Alternatively, there are some great Australian, New Zealand and Chilean wines that will also be perfect.
- Chicken with a cream sauce - have a look at some of our New World recommendations, especially whites. For something completely different, go for a dry Riesling.
- Fried chicken - we recommend a crisp Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay. If you prefer red wine, then go for something light and fruity.
